Front & Backyard Interlocking in Etobicoke
This was a full-front-and-backyard interlocking project where the EcoPro Home Services team completely transformed the client’s outdoor space almost in no time.
We started with the front yard, installing a beautiful, durable walkway leading from the sidewalk to the porch. To highlight the property boundaries and add an organic touch, we built a small natural stone wall. Our interlocking experts crafted the steps and porch from the same paver material as the walkway, but with a cooler colour tone to create a pleasing contrast. For the backyard interlocking, including the patio and second walkway, we used the same warm beige tones as in the front yard to keep a seamless flow between the two spaces and complement the home’s exterior.
Our team noticed the client’s passion for plants, so we suggested framing the garden bed with a small natural stone retaining wall. This decision was made for a couple of reasons:
- Design — the retaining wall visually separates the shrubs from the sodded lawn;
- Functionality — as the shrubs grow, the wall will help prevent soil erosion caused by roots.
The overall result was excellent, and the homeowner was thrilled with our attention to detail and the craftsmanship of our interlocking and landscaping experts.
