You can pay for our work in installments.

Here is how the payment schedule looks like:

10% – first installment to confirm the start of work;
25% – when ordering materials for the project;
25% – on the first day of the project;
25% – when half of the project is completed;
15% – after the project is completed.

Take into account that this contract does not cover asphalt paving and handrail installation. These works shall be paid for after they are completed in excess of the specified payment schedule.

  There needs to be more people like Kirill in this world! Kirill did work for us in June 2022 - three walkways, a front step, and side steps. Kirill is a professional. He is patient, responsive, and easy to work with. Detail is important to Kirill and he is meticulous. He took the extra time get things right, even though it looked fine to us.
